X-Series Cameras IR Remote Assignment

How to Assign a Number to Each Camera on the IR Remote


BirdDog’s X-Series cameras can be assigned to a number on the remote via the OSD. Please refer to the following instructions to assign remote numbers to your cameras:

  1. On the provided IR remote, select "MENU" to open up the OSD
     

  2. Navigate to Communications → RC Address

  3. Change from "All" to your desired number
    You can select from 1, 2, 3, or 4 on the remote.

  4. Select the camera you'd like to control
    This is done on the remote using the number buttons.
