There is a beta feature in FW 3.0 that allows a BD Studio or Mini to encode and decode at the same time, two different NDI signals. This feature is a BETA feature because of a known issue, where the RX side of the unit (DECODE) drops frames every few seconds. This article will be updated when the feature has been corrected, but at the present time, this feature is not to be considered fully functional and supported. 

In firmware 3.1, this beta feature was removed for stability concerns.
