P200 Stuck in Black & White
Fixing a P200 Stuck in Black & White
The P200 booting in black and white can be a result of the LTS firmware update, and the fix is simple. Below, we’ve outlined the steps to address this, which should only take a few minutes.
Power the camera on

Fix the color
You can press the "Reset Video" button on the Dashboard, or apply granular changes via color matrix.
Move the camera into the position you would like it to boot into
In the OSD (not the WebUI), ensure the setting "Preset Memory" is set to ON.
Save “Preset 1”
From here, reboot the unit. The unit will then boot into Preset 1. Please note that other Presets will need to be re-saved with this same process.
This issue arose because the LTS update "stripped" the Preset 1 away from the baseboard, which is what the P200 boots into. Because of this, the image settings don't apply because it has no logical boot position. Creating Preset 1 rectifies this, and this issue is addressed in subsequent firmwares.
