Overview

BirdDog Support does have a direct phone line you can call with quick concerns. That phone number is 2480-861-2100. For more advanced concerns that require hands-on or remote assistance our team requires a remote session to be scheduled in advance, with limited availability based on the bookings link provided below.

BirdDog Support is unable to troubleshot networks directly. We are limited to troubleshooting our own devices and cannot provide direct assistance on third party programs, hardware, or high level integration concerns. 

*Please Note: Bookings are currently not available until January of 2025 due to limited hours during the holiday season. The link below will reactivate on January 2nd, 2025.
  1. 15 Minute Session
    1. Recommended for password resets, general questions, or assistance in locating a WebUI that cannot be found
  2. 30 Minute Session
    1. Recommended if you have more than one device on site experiencing an issue. 
  3. 1 Hour Session
    1. Recommended for issues requiring a longer explanation, or on-site activity including a complex installation involving multiple devices, moving pieces, and/or networking concerns.
