Overview

BirdDog Support does have a direct phone line (248-861-2100) you can call with quick concerns.

    1. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9a-5p US EST 
Many concerns tend to be resolved with help of our Getting Started article here. 

For more advanced concerns that require hands-on or remote assistance our team requires a remote session to be scheduled in advance, with limited availability based on the bookings link provided below.

BirdDog Support is unable to troubleshot networks directly. We are limited to troubleshooting our own devices and cannot provide direct assistance on third party programs, hardware, or high level integration concerns. 

Please Note: A Support Ticket is required in order to schedule a session longer than those listed. See the section "Opening a Support Ticket" below for details on how to do this. 
  1. 15 Minute Session
    1. Recommended for password resets, general questions, or assistance in locating a WebUI that cannot be found
  2. 30 Minute Session
    1. Recommended if you have more than one device on site experiencing an issue.
