BirdDog Product General Warranty Terms

Overview

Every purchase of a brand new* BirdDog product comes with a general warranty automatically included. Details about how this warranty works are outlined below

  1. There is no product registration required to activate the warranty
  2. Original purchased invoices are used for warranty verification
    1. At this time BirdDog Support has no other method of verification
    2. All support requests without an invoice must be treated as out-of-warranty
    3. BirdDog Support is unable to track down original invoices on behalf of customers, resellers, or distributors
  3. Physical damage is not covered
    1. If you are unsure if your device would be covered, BirdDog Support is happy to review images or video of the device in question to determine warranty eligibility
  4. Warranty length will vary based on the device covered

*Please Note: BirdDog Support is unable to verify warranty eligibility for used purchases without the invoice between the original buyer and the original seller.
