Dante Bridge Licensing Problems: Reported Bug
Clients are reporting that Dante Bridge will license initially, but then ask for a key when re-launching the program. The issue is that the license is registered to the NIC card MAC address. If this computer is connected to multiple NIC cards, the Bridge software might be trying to connect over another NIC MAC address (which won't be connected to the license). Currently, we are working on a patch to correct this problem (selecting the NIC card to be used prior to launch) but in the interim, please contact help@bird-dog.tv, reference this article and tell us how many NIC connections are on the Dante Bridge computer.
