Here are some common issues with Cloud Connect (CC) Connections:

I get CC from EP connected, but video does not start in app or web player.
it looks like possibly your fw is blocking the connection. Please refer to the Network document for BirdDog Cloud. I will also provide a link to some troubleshooting tips. https://blog.addpipe.com/troubleshooting-webrtc-connection-issues/
2.
I get CC from EP Connected, but video stops almost immediately.
Ok, it looks like perhaps you are out of TURN quota. Please check your quota by going to Company --> Overview. Make sure your quota is not at 0. Refer to the user manual for how to buy more data.
