Can't Hear End-units or Director on Comms

Common things to check when you are on a one way conversation:
  1. Microphone is correct jack on computer (TRS or TRRS)
  2. Microphone is selected as default communication device (Control Panel --> Sounds --> Recording tab) before Comms is opened
  3. Comms was installed with "Run as Admin" to allow pass-through of the Firewall (better yet, turn off Windows firewall)
  4. If you can see metering in Comms, this means that audio can be picked up in Comms software and the packets are not making it back to the end units. 
In addition, you can add the following to NDI Access Manager
  1. Download Access Manager: NDI.tv/tools
  2. Open Access Manager
  3. Add under Recieve Groups:

  1. birddog-comms
  2. birddog-send-comms

  1. Hit OK
  2. Restart endpoint BirdDogs
  3. Restart Computer
  4. Complete
