Lost NDI Control after the P200 Update

Lost NDI Control after the P200 Update

It has been commonly reported that after updating to the latest version of the firmware for the P200, users may be able to see the NDI signal (Studio Monitor), but not able to control the PTZ movements. This is due to the baseboard not updating correctly.

We have recorded a video showing how to update the USB stick properly for the update. Please follow these instructions to correctly prepare the USB stick for Baseboard update. If this process doesn't work at first, please try a different USB stick, as not all USB stick media is created equal:

If updating the P200, you will also want to verify which A# board you have. That can be verified here:https://desk.zoho.com/portal/birddogtv/en/kb/articles/birddog-p200-revision-number-verification-tool
